Halfway there! The different lighting is a bit distracting, I’ll try and keep it the same next time. You can’t see much change yet, only tiny differences, but I can certainly feel a difference. My favourite thing about this challenge is how much stronger my thighs feel already!
I’m also happy that I’ve managed to not miss any days so far, I’m usually very bad at sticking to things. Overall, so far so good, we’ll see what day 30 brings!
